Indie Boots Theatre Presents: There Might Be...Stumble By Richard Paro

On the north side of Chicago, in rogers park sits The Side Project Theatre. I got a chance to check out There Might Be...Stumble 10 short plays by Richard Paro on Wednesday night. With only two more performances left. I urge all Chicago filmmakers, directors, producers, actors and all inspiring theater performers to catch this show now!

There Might Be... Stumble runs Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 7:30pm with only two shows remaining 6//30 and 7/1. My favorite plays were "You Could Come Back Over Here", "Our Wandering Days Are Over", "Happy May In June", and "You Broke My Fucking Heart".  This gets an 5 star "EnKore" rating!

Certain plays run between 5-10mins in length, with a brief intermission after the first five. Two actors stood out the most to me, Cyra K. Polizzi and Jillian Morlan where their scene focused on topics rarely touched in any show, they performed what would be a lesbian relationship in secrecy it was sexual, hot and intense, I couldn't take my eyes off of this sensual play.

This ensemble of actors portrays over 80 characters in the night, from traveling back in time, to a full out music video with a live guitar performance. There Might Be...Stumble is presented by Indie boots Theatre, creating and celebrating art with different perspectives on whose stories are worth telling. As Part of Mudgeonsoul Productions, Indie Boots projects are independently produced.

The cast list features Ashley Bagot, Don Baiocchi, Jean E. Burr, Morgan Crouch, Laura Elleseg, Crystal Hartford, Carolyn Minor, Jillann Morlan, Katurah Nelson, Erin O'Brien, Richard Paro, Breahan Eve Pautsch, Cyra K.
